does he hang around near the bottom? or the top?
i would say for now your best bet is pump him up with feeders and once he is healthy try to brake him, i think the idea is you let the tip of the feeder touch the top of the water, and you make him come up and get it. once you have hm coming up to the surface to feed, you just start dropping in pellets or shrimp or whatever instead of feeders, and if he is hitting at the top of the water, he should take them

Hrmm...None of the shops sell 'feeders'...I think ill try freeze dried shrimp..tie them to some string and sheke it in the tank to make it look alive

All I have is a bunch of pickled mussels im eating..and that isnt safe for him...I think..

try some crickets?
but ive heard of them ONLY taking live fish and nothing else that is LIVE.

you will have better luck with white bait.
if you have nay luck at all.
