I feed my 3 blacks pellets as a staple and peeled shrimp/tilapia fillet as treats. Same with my tigrinus and peacock bass.

Nls is a no gooo. Back to eating hikari floating sticks.

Any1 ever experience their aro making a mess eating pellets. It would chew on it and small pieces would go all over the place.

Mine would eventually eat it and then after too many pellets, it would chew it to pieces.

I'm new to raising arowanas but not new to keeping fish. Arowanas seem to be the most anyoing to feed. From all the fish I have kept the arowana is a picky eater. Mine seems to just rip up the pellets for fun and leave them at the bottom. I'm struggling with this too, I feed a great variety of food that is probably the cause...

In that case. Ur aro is very close to being pellet train. Bump up temperature to the max so it will stimulate its metabolism and hunger more
