Sams new house is 10000 gallons. approx 26' x 13' x 6'

I just did a quick calculation.

26ft = 312 Inches.
13ft = 156 Inches.
6 ft = 72 Inches.

Now, to get the volume of an aquarium, you multiply the given dimensions then divide by 231.
312x156x72 Divided by 231 = 15,170 Gallons. Is there a reasonable answer for this?

That's the volume of the box. You have to take out a little for substrate and dacor.... but not too much. There is a LOT of water there.
