The line I work on is a fairly minor part of the network and always the last to recieve any sort of upgrades. We're the only part of the country still using the old (like 60 years old!!) 4-wheeled wagons, and they're of such little value [scrap] to the company that when they derail in the middle of nowhere they just get a hi-rail digger in to push them out of the way and leave them there...
