Thanks. I'm looking for some solid black background, but so far I haven't found any that is 24" tall and I don't want a seam.

If you use latex paint (nothing fancy, just not something that if you chg your mind down the road, it doesn't take a miracle to remove) from Home Depot or the like. I have painted multiple tanks and been very happy with the results, ask around for others.

I got a few new fish(parrot, flowerXparrot) and took Joe's advice. I just put up a black background but didn't paint.

Yea, it's cute, but I can't wait until it grows bigger. My wife is always trying to feed it to make it grow faster.
