Nice anemone, what kind is it? Long tentacle?

Sorry if it's been said before.

no none of my fish pick at anything. The six line is the only thing that even comes close to picking at anything, and hes just nipping at food on the clam, not the mantle but the body of the clam, so all in all, i get really lucky.

The anemone with the clown in it is a green LTA. The other massive nem is a purple tip seabae. if i were to flatten it out, id guess its about 16 inches in diameter. its huge.

thanks angelo21

Nice to see someone else in the state of wisconsin with some sick reefs. My tank is going through a recovery stage after one of those "babysitters" did their thing. I was gone for a week, come back and all of my soft corals have "melted" whole tank was a milky color, and everything filters, lights, powerheads, heaters... all off. God knows how long that was going on. Lost everything except a couple REALLY hardy corals, and "Badass" the domino damsel... :D

Sorry for the double post, but I also had to say that this is absolutely SICK, and ...

Isnt it nice how close we are to Rhinelander? I swear its the last fish store left... There was "Fishy Buiseness" up in wausau... That replaced Cloverbelt Pets... and now theres nothing. Everythings gone in point thanks to ...PETCO! And now they dont even try to stock cool fish... its like walmart! Arrrg. :(

Awesome, love that LTA, do they ever fight? or have they never come across each other?

they dont fight with eachother. Of course im careful with what types of corals are close to or around them. They picked those rocks, and have never moved lol, no matter where i put the rock, the stay.

Thanks for the comments. Im not familier with were sharon is?? is that the city/town your in. Im in La Crossse WI, there are about 50 friends of mine through our local club, and all of them have some really really nice looking reefs. My wife and I will be making a trip to foster smiths next week probably.

Sharon is the actual town I live in. My mailing address is Custer though, because Sharon is too small to have a post office. They are both farming communities outside of Stevens Point. Im on spring break next week, and have a couple things I need to pick up! Maybe we will bump into each other! :D I wish we had a "Reef Keeper" club or something like that around here...but no. Im kinda looking for a lionfish to be friends with my grouper in my reef. Also need to stock up on snails, some filter media, and a new impellor for my canister filter. (Powerheads blew sand it, and tore everything to ****!)

good times with sand and impellers.......need i say more. how far away from lacrosse are you?? we have reefers from as far as eau clair come to some meetings.
