Sorry to hear that. I lost my juruense not long ago too, and it is true, they are great fish. Lesson learned though. Hopefully this post saves some other fish out there. Best of luck if you get another one.

Well he did have a wound on his right side. Not sure if it was that that did him in.

Well it will take some time before I get another juruense or catfish for that matter. Kinda saving up for a bigger fish ... but this one was really a heartbreaker... :cry:
 
Sorry for your loss. I would tend to think that it was stress related from the Jardini. It's happened to me before. Jardinis will relentlessly bother fish until the die, sometimes they don't even look heavily damaged.
