I like the Jags better, i have a pair that is ~6-7"

If you're getting that 125g go for the Jag. For a 75g life tank, a Green Terror will work out much better.

Yup. A male jag gets too big for a 75, to live comfortably anyway. I'm sure you can keep one in that tank, but a big beefy 14" male will look seriously cramped in a tank thats less than 4 times its body length.
A GT would be a much better choice.
