Usually...sometimes two if they recently molted and look thin. The roaches pictured are the main diet of the tarantulas and the centipede. The scorpions prefer Blatta lateralis roaches.

not into them but they look cool...not a scorpion or tarantula fan...def not a miliped fan but those are some nice look critters you got
