Not sure what you mean no room for improvement he is still young and will look even better as he matures.


Jason this male looks great as well love the gold base. Good luck with the breeding. Its time to spread some good Ecuador blood lines to the hobby :)
 
Thank you guys, I really appreciate it:) I think what animal guy means is the male festae is top notch already in his book:) and yes he does have a lot of growing to do still. I can't wait to see that nuchal hump of his when he's 12";)

I just posted a sale thread on fry!! So it won't be long my largest fry from the first batch is just over 2"
 
I really like the shots of the two females facing off. They are flashing some brilliant colors! It's hard to believe how well they look at such a young age. They will be incredible in the years to come. It looks like you're getting better with your new camera too. Nice shots!
 
Thank you Al:) I still need a speedlite and some exterior lighting. The tank also has a clear side and a foggy side, and when I moved into my place I didn't realize that untill the tank was set-up... So now I have to wait until I have tons of motivation or I move again before I can have the clear side again lol.

I've got another male coming in a couple weeks and ill be splitting this trio up and forming pairs. The male coming is from my original bloodline:) so I'm happy to keep those genetics going too.
