I am very surprised at how active this ray is, its up and down the glass and doing lengths of the tank, i even got it to take a prawn from my hand while it was at the top. I wont be doing it very often though it has a mean looking sting!!
 
Looks great Tom i'm very jealous , i really like your Fire & Galaxy eel's i had never heard of a Galaxy untill i saw your's now i want 1 (so thank's for that lol) and those Plec's OMG (you make me sick in a good way) great poly's aswell .

Thanks, i do love flower rays, i think if they didnt get so big they would be one in every ray tank.
The fire eel is atleast 26", my tank is 30" tall and when it comes to the top to feed its tail is bent at the bottom and its nose out the water.

Haha no probs, thanks, the galaxy is a real little character. They are very rare over here and if you find one (might beable to get BAS to order one for you) it will set you back about £150.
Those plecs are incredible too, the most active plecs i have ever seen. And the colours......:drool::drool:... dont get me started.
Its funny when i first got a tank 8-9 years back i saw a golden nugget and thought to myself, wouldnt it be amazing if there was such a thing as a giant gold nugget......well what do you know there IS!!!:D:D
