That's way to small for koi... They grow to 3 feet (and I've seen HUNDREDS of 3-4 footers) and need atleast 500-gallons. That's probably not even 15-gallons.
The same rules apply for ponds as those that apply for fish tanks. Did you fishless cycle it first (and I'm sure you've heard of that a million times when you were on the AFM forums)?
