They're only about 8 inches right now, got them a few months ago at about 1 inch. They're on a diet of hikari cichlid gold, mealworms, silversides, market shrimp, earthworms, peas, and once a week feeders (only about 10) for excercise and fun.

Are those aritificial plants? Don't they uproot them? I was never able to keep any kind of plants with mine, even artificial--they always found a way to tear them up. Great looking Os. How old?

Yes, they're artificial, but they're the silk variety with the weighted bottoms. They don't mess with them much at all.......yet
