I feed mine Cichlid flakes,bloodworms,krill,cichlid delight,beefheart,rosie fishes at times,cichlid sticks.I am running two penguin 350s and a marineland magnum 350 canister.Best investment ever.

when mine were still like really little i gave them the hikari cichlid staple cichlid gold and cichlid gold plus then once i ran out i got got gold after i run out ill keep switching them up
