carnivore cichlid pellets, but they do get lots of other foods too.

indeed, I have whole drawer in the freezer dedicated to them, although I have noticed the most growth occurs after the Delhezi has eaten a live platy or two. they were too big to fit in the senegal or ropies mouths and there's only 3 left now.
there's a full tank shot on the first page but I'll try and get another one later, the plants have grown a bit but doesn't look much different otherwise.
here's a feeding time video I made last night. I've had to trim some of the plants this morning, due to black hair algea. it was also the night before water change day so I apologise for the detritus that was kicked up.
