It would do fine but its not ideal.

I disagree.pickerels are very active fish and require a spacious environment to thrive. Keeping an 8-12" pickerel in that tank wouldn't be too much better than keeping the moray in there. And I no longer believe that Snook000 has any intention of getting rid of that eel. It does not take 3 months to give away an eel.

Saying something repeatedly is not going to make me believe it any more than I do now. Freshwater morays are not that difficult to get rid of unless you're asking like $50 for it. Have you even tried posting an ad on craigslist?

I was merely talking about keeping a 12 in fish in a 12 in wide tank. It will work but its not ideal.

But that depends on the fish. Yes, a 12" bichir or eel would work in a 12" tank, but an active 12" fish like a pickerel, or any characin for that matter, will not work for a tank that size.

If you want to keep the eel set up a brackish tank. Violet gobies are very cool fish and live in brackish water. Otherwise get rid of the eel and the pacu and the gar and the cat fish... pretty much everything. Your tank is horrible.

Chill down bro I'm only 14 I thought I was doing pretty good for my first tank everyone else is trying to help me. And that's not my catfish is a redtail/shovel nose cross and I just got the gar pacu and cat. I know I have to get rid of them my friends got a 250

rtcxtsn lol that will get bigger then an rtc and tsn.
