Snook..The tank looks clean and your fish look to be doing good.. Great job keeping up with it..If it gets to be too much work ,you can easily get rid of some. Untill then enjoy your fish...

i guess most of you guys are more into scaring this kid out of fish keeping rather than just helping him out with some advice, but no i am sure everybody who posted something negative about him being a kid and having a horrible setup was absolutely perfect in everyway at that age, am sure you're still the same way !!! ignorance runs thick on this website
I started fish keeping at 15. I spent four years doing research about fish keeping before I finally got my first 55. I only put 7 Africans in it, did weekly water changes, fed the right amounts, essentially I kept perfect care of them. And I still have 6 of those fish.
Inexperience is no excuse for animal abuse. Before someone gets a pet they need to educate themselves. This is blatant animal abuse. If he was unaware and had fixed the situation after people told him what was wrong then no one would blame him. But he was repeatedly told what to do and didn't. That is why people are insulting him.

I go fishing but only if I intend to eat the fish. And I only use barbless hooks. I think keeping a huge fish cooped up in a 55G is far more cruel than me quickly and painlessly ending their lives. Torture V.S the food chain. Torture is worse to me.
