lol, did you try the " Baby i am going to buy all these pretty nice fish for you" line?

that wont work...she thinks all fish are stupid and a waste of time...the only fish she has said was ok has been the silver aros i have, the fire mouth and the yellow labs i had before...the only leaverage i have is the kids want 'dori'...thats how i got this 20gal with 'nemo' and i told her 'dori' wont fit in the 20gal so we can't get her...if i remember right them tangs get to 1' or so and need a 75gal... witch would work for my morey plan, but i don't have a 75gal...i have to move to an apartiment if i can't find a good house for rent so that is limiting me one getting another decent size tank...unless i find some one that wants to trade a 55 for a 75...i may need some kinda hat trick to make this work...i have done them before, but they are getting harder to pull off...she didn't want me to get more fish after i just got my 20gal resetup and it was my only tank...

like i was saying talk about a guy in a sticky situation...:grinno:...i have my work cut out for me...

oh ya...i for got...she is deathy afraid of snakes...she hates to see my polys...wants to kill my lungfish and eels...that also is a hickup in the morey plan...i don't know, but i think that old saying about opposites attracting holds to true...

lol well good luck man. One good thing about the zebra moray is that they are toothless and blind as a bat. So she might think he is cute, and the girls seem to take more to the zebra. BTW i am trading a 55 for a 75 or larger right now as well :D. Craigslist people will pay so much more money the more you type about your tank lmao! A little extra knowledge and they think they are getting a sweeter deal lmao!

the craigslisters around me are cheap basterds...i had and 8-10 jar out of season listed for $100 and i had offers of $50...i also had 3x 55gals with stands, lights, heaters and filters up for trade for a 300gal...i had offers to buy all three setups for $200:screwy:...i posted in the add that i had payara, arowanas, eels and bichirs in the tanks and all tanks filters had more then 300gph...yet i was insulted...although i did get a complete 55gal with stand and lights...with an extra 55gal that needed a top frame for $60...

i have been tring to get a wide 300gal that comes with stand overflows and lights for $1600, but my wife still says no...

i may have found a way to get this morey...would it eat my clowns if i had an anome for them?

Tell her is she can spend all her money on cloths you can spend some on fish

dam man well where do you live? i got my 210 for 300$

BTW i think once the moray gets big enough it would eat the clowns right out of their home. A zebra moray doesn't eat fish though....

damn...i live in MN...i got my 180gal for $500 with stand, rocks, plands and a ton of bio-balls...no top, but a 4' and 2' strip lights...

i was looking at that on aquaticcommunity before i seen it...i was checking out snowflakes and i read that snoflakes are hit or miss on eatting small fish, but zebras are the most layed back...i also read that they can be kept with the smallest of fishes without worry...the only thing i was thinking is that a 3' eel would not hesitate to eat a 3" fish...those little clowns are just about as much as the morey is...i got the clows at $50 each and the morey is $75...i have been realy thinking about it though...i am just confused on the max size of them i have seen from 30" to 60"...how long would a 15" zebra last in a 55gal?...

6months - 1 year id say. They are the slower growers and don't move around half as much as other eels. Heck it all depends on how much you feed him. I would buy that one in a heart beat too. Prices here

Clown fish 15-20$
zebra moray 120-220$

those are the prices i seen for them aswell...clowns not in a pair go for that aswell...
