Well, if you guys could suggest a cheap way to make a divider, I might. But the little dels are the number one priority, and it's growing a lot faster. I'd love an ornate, but I wasn't supposed to get one in my shipment and wasn't really ready for it. Killed a congo tetra today that was practically as big as it. Tried to it the thing, couldn't even fit it in its mouth. Probably would have choked on it if I hadn't gotten it away. So, anybody know a cheap way to make a divider?

Yes, for about $20, but depends on the dims of your tank. Larger dimension will cost more.

Buy a pane of LEXAN, and measure the inside dimensions of your tank, and give yourself half a quarter inch all the way around.

It's easy to work with, score with a sharp tool, and apply pressure and with a loud pop it breaks cleanly along the line you scratched.

Buy some suctioncups (usually a dollar a piece) use four, and secure the pane inside the tank.

If you want to have water flow, I suggest using water movement on both sides of the divider, but you can drill holes into the pane.

The tank is a 55g for now. Not worried once it gets to the 120g, the pike will put in its place there. All that sounds doable, thanks for the suggestion. Might have some time tomorrow to put something together...

Ah, cool. Thanks for all the help. Just trying to look for the one little del, he's not growing as fast as the rest and he's got the nicest pattern. I'll be getting some more pics up tonight, hopefully.
