They are supposed to be fairly peacefull I just read to not keep them with rays sometimes they can suck the mucus coating of the rays or so I'm told ~Trent
 
Nice FF everyone. I used to have one but I could never get the little guy to eat and I just found him dead one day.
 
not with rays huh? i heard not to keep them with there own species without lots of room, but maybe, i'm wrong
 
i will probably never see anther like it, i found them in my lfs and they were the size of a cardinal tetra. I bought two knowing that survival will be slim to none and put them in a 10 gallon over sand with a powerful filter in a few days i lost one, fed the remaining fish romaine lettuce and flakes and eventuallly it was big enough to swim with the big guys. all the others at the LFS were dead within the first week. I feel lucky to have this fish and will probably never see another.
