Haha! No you'd think though. I go through a zucchini, and a yam every 2 weeks. I buy them a frozen seafood pack also. It comes with crab,shrimp,prawns,squid, and a couple other unknow shellfish. I can usually score the 1lbs. seafood packs for $1 at wal-mart, and zucchini, and yams are not expensive at all.$2 will usually cover a two week supply of veggies. They get zucchini, yams, and broccoli, with the occasional carrot.
