very cool. I almost went for one of these guys, but decided to get a common snapper instead.

Ive found the common snappers to be miserable. I have an Albino common hatchling that I payed 2.4k for at 3 years ago ...i sold it 7-8 months back...its shell was around the 9inch mark but the turtle was just so nasty. And they have a bite radius that is just a pain in the ass to say the very least ;)

id love to see pics of your entire collection bro. you have tastes very similar to me lol. alls i got is turts, lizards and big cats.

I agree. I have 4 smaller ones, (about 3-4 inches) and theyre just starting to get their attitudes. All of my bigger ones in the past werent overly bad. Its funny though because when you walk into the room they come to the edge of their stock tank and start begging for food. It reminds me of my oscars. I can vouch for Mikey though that he hasnt exactly had good luck with Commons. All the ones he gets are NASTY. More so than some of the wild ones ive caught.

Speaking of wild ones, Heres a picture of 2 adults (Male and Female) that me and Mike pulled out of a local pond right next to an airport. The Male was the biggest one ive ever caught at 46 Lbs. and the female if i remember correctly weighed about 34 Lbs.
Female is to the left and male to right on 1st 2 pics. 3rd gives a bit of perspective to their size. That is a 3ft long blue bin cover behind the female.
