I had a little Vieja and Midas problem but nothing I couldn't handel

Gorgeous. I love oscars.

It's funny how some find them too common. In my mind that means that their world has shrunk.

There is nothing common in a general sense about having a 6-8 foot tank in your home with 6 12inch long oscars. Most people find are amazed at my 90 gal with 1 O.

I'm very jealous of the tanks and aquascaping. My tank although extremely well maintained looks like sheat compared to yours.
