just crush up some quality flakes like sera or something like that really finely and that will be fine. i'd feed them 4 times a day to get them big quick 
ok cool, thats what im feeding them but im only doing it 2 times a day cause i work from 8 to 5
could i feed them at 8 in them orning then feed them right when i get home from work at 530 and then maybe again around 9 or would that be too late and too close together

it depends on the number of fry, water change schedule, and diet.
I have kept a ton of baby oscars in 10g for first 3 weeks with daily huge water changes.

ok cool, i am doing water changes every 2 or 3 days and feeding them 3 times a day. however i have noticed that a few more of them are dying each day for some reason, but it is still only probably 2 or 3 a day but idk if that is usual or not
If you have dead ones every day I think you need more water changes or a bigger tank.
I had 1 or 2 deads in the 10g every day, as soon as I moved them to a 40g no one died anymore.
