very nice !!! change that gravel though :) hope they breed for yah

^agree with the gravel lol

those are awesome fish, how much did you get em for?
GL on breeding!

Great looking glad to see they are coming more readily available.

I keep them at 27 celcius and feed them sinking tablets called TABIS. thanks for all your comments, will look into getting the gravel changed. just a note, they are not wild caught they were off a breeder in germany. no breeding success yet.

I love zebra plecos but hate colored gravel.

Correct me if i am wrong but aren't those rocks in your tank the kind that make water alkaline?I would think your ph is very high? You could also use some drift wood.

It looks like ocean rock to me which can raise the ph or hardness, it is not as bad as tufa IMO but I was surprised to see it used with zebras.

X4 on the gravel, and definitely replace that rock with driftwood. I would play with the temp too-- my L46 have a baseline water temp around 84, but they like even warmer during the dry season. The key to getting these guys to spawn is 1) patience 2) water quality and 3) variance in temp that stimulate the dry season.
