Yes, Flowerhorns usually don't do well with other fish, they are very aggressive. Although, plecos are usually okay.. I've been pretty lucky, I have a 7" blue dragon that does fine with a 2 1/2" - 3" FH fry in the same tank, also a blood parrot.. about 3 inches.. and a 5 - 6 inch pleco. But that fry is mean... so, I'll probably take him/her out when he/she thinks that it can take on the BD.
