Pictus Cat

Went to the lfs today to look at some fish.......trying to set up a community tank.......saw pictus cats there and thought they were very cool looking(pretty cheap too)..........i've been trying to research them ....they get to around 10 inches from what i've found........wondering how fast they grow and if they would be ok in a community tank..........any info would be appreciated ...................

Pictus cats grow at a moderate rate. They are fine for a community tank, but as with all catfish will eat any fish that will fit in its mouth. HTH

they don't get to 10 inches, more like 6.
