Male is about 10-11" female is 7-8"

Little update eggs are still brown so its been officially 24 hours and no further white progression. So im gonna say theyre safe, the dad must be jedi cause i didnt see him pass over them.

In other news

On the other side of my tank my amarillo pair are getting ready to spawn also

And in the middle of the tank we have a dovii pair paired off but they are small and i cant imagine them spawning anytime soon.

Little black dots in the eggs today :) getting close :)

I have one question. The pot has a small hole in the back. Should i plug it up somehow to avoid wiggler escape or will that not happen?

That will not happen. Wigglers only go where parents want them to go....
 
Congrats..by the looks of it you will have lots of fry soon...Your very nice Amarillos seem to be ready also....

Well this morning we have wigglers. She has pushed them to the back of the pot as they hatch. Almost impossible to get a pic. Im still deciding how long i will leave them with parents as the tank is over crowded and there def the worry of stress pushing parents to eat the fry.

Yay fry! Pull then as soon as you are comfortable with doing so, maybe free swimming stage? That would stink if they got eaten!
