pieces for a hagen tank?

I recently bought a used hagen aquarium 72"x18"x24"

It uses three 24" glass canopies as a lid. my problem is the support bars on the tank..

there are two of them, and they are metal. The tank is older and the metal bars are warped and dipped so badly that the glass lids wont sit on the tank safely. The metal supports pop off easily enough, so I would like to replace them..

does anyone know where I can get new supports? I checked the hagen site, but no such luck.

any input would be greatly appreciated.

post some pics its somewhat hard to tell what you mean.

But if the tanks glass is 1+ inches then you don't need the metal beams

maybe remove the metal ones, and eurobrace with glass or acrylic, or remove and replace the top frame.
