wtf? pigeons?!? I raised one pigeon I found dying on the ground outside my house. I nursed it back to health, gave it shelter, food, helped strengthen it's little wings, and right before I let it go, it stopped, turned it's head, looked at me straight in the eye as if to thank me for the love I had shown it...and then pecked the **** out of my finger. I still have the scar

Likes to eat them!? I live in Cali and they're filthy ass hell! Even if its home bred that's disgusting ..sorry just my opinion

That's because city pigeons are not good to eat. Country pigeons on other hand.....tasty! Had few feral pigeons that always hang out at the farm and I always hunting them.
Lol you do know they roam freely. I used to race em. I know we used to bring a bunch of birds from NY out mid west and release em.

Yet the cities are 100 miles away from here....the feral pigeons around here have no reason to go to cities when there are plentiful of foods available to them out in the country. Their homing ability is questionable because we have killed few pigeons that has bands. I used to have a banded pigeon that always hang out with my dogs and he never left the farm for a year, till a hawk got him.
