Thanks everyone. I still think its a Johanna also.
They are in a 120 gal. The jag is 15 1/4". It doesn't really show how big he is in a picture. People walk in the fish room and say look at the size of the fish. Then they see the Manny and say holy sh$t look at that one.
I believe he could swallow the pike but he is pretty laid back most of the time as long as they remember who the boss is. I have a whole stump in one end of the tank that the pike dug a cave under. Some times when the jag goes by the pike will take a nip at his tail. Usually the manny just ignores it but once it must have hurt because the manny whipped around and dove at him. The pike just backed under further like ha-ha you can't get me. The manny put on the power and tipped the whole stump over. The bad part was that I had a couple of big rocks on it to hold it down. They slipped off and would have gone right through the glass but hit another piece of wood at the last minute and ended up right beside the front glass.
I don't know how I would show how big the big guy really is but here is his tail over the pike when the pike was 7 - 8' inches long before her color change.
I know that a lot here have seen him and I don't want to bore people with the same pictures but here is the 11 year old guy again.
Always surprises me that I show pictures of fish but if the part of the jag is in it everyone always asks about the jag. Not that I mind, but everyone must like jags ( my favorite fish too ).
