Yup, if it gets a spot on the dorsal fin its almost definately a female. Generally they will get the red banded spotty things on the sides too...;)
 
Yeah I need to clear out a 75g in order to breed my kraussii. So I have a belly crawler that appears to be a male(6"), a female sveni(8") a 7" hoplo cat, and a trinidad pleco around 8-9". Pictures are above. Let me know what you want and we can arrange something.
