Just keep in mind keeping bichirs can be very addictive and you may end up with quite a large amount of them suckers. But the same goes with crenicichla, the only difference is creni's tend to make you acquire many tanks since they like to kill each other off when adults.

i always find that they just hate cichlids. never seem to wanna bother any other fish. just my experience tho
