I can't speak for most of the other countries, but yes, we can buy them all here. I have 2 legally bought pumpkinseed in my pond!
In England Pseeds have been banned but everything else is legal..

I guess I heard wrong, I was told by a freind that they had been banned in Germany, Italy, France, UK, and Denmark; so you can legally buy Centrarchids in Germany?

In France they are banned, the Pumpkinseed Sunfish made a lot of damage

In Germany it's more easy to find US fish, i would like to buy notropis chrosomus and macropodus Ocelatus and there is just one seller in France, and i found a lot in Germany !! You are lucky !! ^^

in France you can by them and keep them if they are the normal size to be fished, and they are awasome. My friend would like to add to them and hs PBass some Smalmouth bass and Datnoides
