Hahaha...I'm so glad John told me that the "Platinum" was just Daughter of Sam when I asked him about it in his tank conversion thread....
THEN I read the rest of this thread with the knowledge that eventually, someone was gonna 'fess up! You had a lot of people going with this one guys, (me included!), but it was fun while it lasted....!

Now, anyone know where we can see a REAL platinum 'pima...?!

I know what you mean, but these guys at least put them back to breed another day.
At the end of the day, 'pimas are a food fish in the amazon, and will be worldwide if we keep raping our oceans. Studies HAVE been done into commercial farming. I think there's something about all this in my 'pima thread in Ancient fish forum.
