i long time ago i found a mini RC submarine that was rechargable and my oscar and RD had a ton of fun with that. even when it was off he would drag it down to the bottom and try to get it stuck in the driftwood. if you get something bright colored or paint eye spots on it i bet you would get more reaction.

I have heard of oscars being trained to play "catch"with ping pong balls. Although its always, so and so's cozin's uncle's neighbors ex girl friend that has the fish so I wonder if its just urban legend. I have 2 oscars and 3 pacu in a 450, maybe I will get them a pingpong ball. I would think you would want to partially fill it with water so that ir floated lower in the water column.
I love Red Devils. A lot of people give them a bad rap, saying that they are too aggressive. Yes they can be, but I have not had issues. I have 2 Blue Devils, 1 barred red red devil, 1 WC male with the huge lips, and 1 cream sickle male. And hundreds of F1 babies.
I really enjoy the Amphs. I also have Hogaboomorums, Xiloaensis, Red Isletas, Lyonsi, Rhytisma. Love them all.
put an orange ping pong in my tank 2 months ago but they just ignore it. maybe i should also put two rackets
