Here's some pics as promised.





They are on a 4x2x2 with a fluval 406 and 40G sump with mag18 as filtration.

Just fed them and their tankmates, so water is a bit dirty from pellets.

Its a little early for a monthly update but the last few days I've noticed a very nice golden/yellow/lime green on the lips and jaw line. This pic doesn't capture the true color but its enough to get the idea

Had to move the tank to make room for another one so I figured I'd put the grow outs on a tape measure.. Needless to say I was pretty surprised. Keep in mine these were 3" march1

He says they are on krill . Once i put them in the 180 one them grabbed at a small piece of floating plant. Gonna try to get them on food sticks and prawns. ... Great pics of the other pinimas you guys have. Can't wait to see everyone's progress.

Yes they took some pieces of prawns. I also fed them blood worms mixed with crushed food sticks. Im real excited about these guys. TRying to catch up like you other cichla og's. Im going to be pushing for quality only from here on out. The bug has got me good.
