Pink and Regular Convict

I don't care what anybody says......I have been in the hobby for about 20 years (On and off)....Convicts are still cool! Enjoy them.

i have a 3 in blood parrot would it be hard to get him?her to breed with a convict?

if its a male its not possible. Does the top fin end in a point or is it rounded?

mine breed like crazy have yet to get any pink fry yet only black. heres my pink male and black female with fry for proof.

They can breed together.
I dont see why it wouldnt be both.
I dont know exasctly how it works..
but i had 2 regs that had a mix of both pink and reg.

I had both a pink female and a black male. Many many a fry came from the pair, and all the fry were black just like daddy.

Guess you have to have 2 black for pink fry then?
Maybe mine just had it in the genes.

ah what the hell do i know anyway-guess i could be wrong.i thought you get a mix of both since i seen them in tanks at lfs with both kinds and their fry were pink and black
