Overnight the male attacked the female to the point that all her fins are damage. She can barley move. I moved the male into the 10g they where in before. The female is in the 55 recovering.


When she fully recover should I get the male and female another mate it should I try again with thus pink pair?

Get a back up female and try again. If this pair doesn't work try to pair him with the other female

Give her a few more days. I'm pretty sure there's other members who breed convicts or have done it.

I wish I had advice to give, I breed cons continually but have never had any problems pairing them up. Just make sure they are fattened up and your water is good.
