Hi im not sure if im in the right forum to ask about pink tail chalceus.
I already own one pink tail and im planning to add 5 more in my 180g tank, so far i have 12 SD's, and i have 16 bichirs.
I have read that they are good in group of six if lower they will be aggressive to each other.
My question is if i put six in the tank will they leave my bichirs or my SD?
What else i can feed them other than floating cichlids pellets?
What is the best food for them since i have read that they are carnivore?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to reply:)

They will leave ur bichirs and SD's alone. I'm assuming that's what u were asking.

They can be fed flakes, krill, carnisticks, tubifex, earthworms, massivore etc.

Mine really likes mealworms. If your bichirs start checking out your chalceus they may start jumping and possibly knock themselves silly putting them in danger of getting eaten while stunned
