what about diced liver i have heard that liver has no fat and is basically pure iron and protein

Definately not, mice are no good for any fish

Agreed, I believe under no circumstance mice are necessary to feed to fish. Theres so many other foods that are alot healthier and easier to feed than a dirty mouse. IMO, a mouse is worse than a feeder goldfish.

I would leave out the feeder fish unless you breed them yourself. feeder fish from lfs carry disease and parasites and can transfer them to your fish. If you are going to feed lfs feeders, quarantine them for a while to make sure they are healthy. I still wouldn't recomend it... stick to the shrimp and fish fillets
