You should check out A to Z pet store in Portland, Or. I use to live in Portland but got transfered to Eugene for work and looked everywhere in Eugene trying to locate any type of piranhas. Every person i'd find on-line would tell me they got them at Aqua Serene or Liquid Sunshine and even pet stores that i saw with them in stock a few months ago suddenly couldn't get any or would offer to order them and never get back to me. I'd been going to A to Z pets for umm, 2 years now and they've always had 4 or 5 red p tanks (juveniles and a couple of adult tanks). Last week i was in town and they had 4 black piranhas about 12-13 inches in way too small a tank.
