Pirahna with american cichlids

[clarius catfish]

Can i put any type of pirhana with these

Saddle cichlid
Jack dempsey
Livingstonii
5 bar cichlid
Sysnspilium
Plec
Red peacock cichlid
Salvin cichlid

These are all aggresive and detructive so would they be ok with any pirahana and if not which ones would it not be ok with

Not a good idea. Piranhas should be a species only fish. They will nip other fish causing serious injury.

Piranhas don't mix well with other fish, and sometimes don't even mix well with other piranhas.
Most ca/sa cichlids tend to lip lock which doesn't work well with a piranha. Cichlids end up losing part of their mouth. Cichlids are more aggressive than piranhas but lack the dozens of razor sharp teeth that piranhas have.

It just doesn't work out.

Because they want piranha lol.... they are really cool but not when they murder poor cichlids and such.

Op: usually p's are kept solo as a species, but some still have plecos, snails, crawfish and dithers. Anything else is a pricey meal or a sad loss. Just buy a 75gal and 5 rbp! Or a single rhom
