• We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You can get a small Serrasalmus Species which is a slow grow. start of from 1"...it will do perfectly find in your 29gallon for a while.

if ur looking just for an aggressive fish u shoudlnt be here... u have to be passionate about fishkeeping... and just having a fish to kill other fish is not that..... plus oddball is correct it is illegal to have them in possession

not true, he just might want a beast

i agree that you shouldn want it just for it to be agressive (since most piranhas are actually very skiddish)

you could get a sanchezi (GROW TO6")(upgrade eventually to a 30 long , 40breeder or 55+

S. irritan (rare) (same size and tank req as sanch)

rhom (one year then need 75 g plus)

you could also concider wimple piranha as mentioned or exodon tetras as they can live their for life and are agressive

i agree w. sean, most pirahnas ate skittish (exception of my rhom). if your lookinf for an agressive fish, DO NOT GET A PIRANHa, you will be disapointed. your best bet for a 29g would prolly be exodons. you might be able to get a sancezi, for a 29g, but it isnt really fair for the sanchezi. You shouldnt want a fish jus so you can watch it feed on other fish....however like monkey brain said, you could get a serra, which will grow very slow after 6 inches in a 29g, but not for very long you will needa 75g at the very minimum

also if your interesed in agresiveness,,,, if you could find a cheap 55g, i have found oscars to be very aggressive and not skittish at all, but i dont know if thats soemthing your interested in.,,, oscars in a 55g shoukld be kept solo but are very cool to keep cuz they have their own personalities and grow big!!but thats just my opinion
