Dont put your hopes up kid. That piranha is a soon to be dead specimen. Lol F1 dont put up his hopes like that.
 
If its a health issue, 50% water changes with salt always seems to do the job.
 
When your Piranha starts swimming sideways, has flesh wounds, ick or missing eyes then you have a problem, when a Piranha has established its own territory on the other side of the tank IME nothing is wrong...... Like I said the boss of my shoal (biggest and baddest) is always alone in the corner.... No big deal imo
