Looks like eggs to me.

But it wired the male I think should protect the eggs and They should making hoes in gravel, so that why I am confused

Possibly the gravid female just released a few. What you stated about the nest making is correct. The eggs don't look fertile.

I would scoop them out with a net and throw away.

Oh ok so the egg useless because it not fertile, I was hoping I can get baby piranhas?

You can leave them be for a day if they turn white they were not fertile.
