I hear if you flicker the lights on in the room at night it simulates lightning and the wet season!! I do it all the time!!

I have 4 rbp in a 55 (soon to go to the 120) and luckily I have two mating pairs and they have bred about a dozen times...I just keep the water clean, feed them well, and if I want them to breed I just do a cold water change to simulate the rainy season and boom I have about 500 eggs in about a week

you must be lucky to have two mating pairs out of 4 rbps. care to post some pics of your setups and the fish? any offsprings? pics please

I was thinking about setting up a couple freshwater tank's for discus, and something else kinda unique. I would love to get my hand's on a pair of snakehead's.

snakeheads are cool but since you are in the U.S of A you are out of luck.
what size tank(s) will you be using for freshwater? can give you some ideas depends on the tank size you have.
