Someone should take that turtle by the tail and slap the owner with it... spiky side up. Ok, maybe that's turtle cruelty, but seriously, what is this guy thinking?
Only thing we've ever continually kept with piranha with any success were Raphael Cats. Snapping turtles are no freakin' joke, either. One the size of a dinner plate could take your hand off without much trouble.
