The answer to the question is both will flourish in ideal conditions

This thread was meant to troll members from the last thread. Dedicated members who keep both serras and pygos. Its just pointless:fact

+1

And stop calling rhoms "serras" cuz your referring to other species that aren't rhoms like sanchezi, spilo, marginatus, mannys, medinal, elongs etc and frankly its making you look misinformed....and again Serrasalmus Rhombeus DO NOT breed in aquariums unless you have a zoo exhibit.

And you don't even have a rhom...... they are awesome fish and so are rbp. Anyone who truly appreciates piranhas would love all types.

Please stop trolling the piranha section and perhaps do some more research on them....

I hope the OP are fully aware of the fact that not all waters have same pH out in United States and that there are different pH and water types in Amazon River as well.

this is my fish, the pic i had taken long time ago. Now I don't have him.
recently I posted a pic and bought a piranha, a member here told me it is a rhom. later some others told it is not a rhom, it is some other kind of a piranha, so because of that, now I dont have a rhom. where I live it is hard to find piranhas, even rbp.

some noobs get angry when I tell rhoms are ugly. :P :D
Please admin remove the noobs before they lay eggs ))) LOL

ps - *not insulting anyone

don't take the thread very seriously bloke
intention of this thread is to make you little bit laugh and mad

piranha section is too boring here, so I made some threads that can create some actions. I believe practically RBPs can be a threat to the rivers of another country than rhoms. if you don't agree with me, give some facts to explain why you dont agree.
