Piranha price?

So i was in a Hornbach (kinda like a Home Depot but in Germany) and saw a species of Piranha i havent seen before. Was labeled as Serrasalmus hastatus, were selling for about 4 Euro (almost 5 USD) is this a decent price for these? Was just wondering because P's are illegal in Oklahoma and i dont know much about them.

No problem on the pic i plan on going back there sometime this week since its near another establishment that i frequent i love germany.
